With the series tied at 1-1, the Philadelphia Flyers and New York Rangers took a trip to the Wells Fargo Center for game 3 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. The Flyers were able to split the series in New York, and coming off a win, the Flyers were looking to take a series lead in their building. That didn’t happen.

The Flyers play early in the game dug themselves a hole, being down 2-0 yet again. As they tried to claw back, the Rangers continued to add to their lead. The main story of the game was the blocked shots. The Rangers blocked an incredible 28 shots. The Flyers also outshot the Rangers 32-23.
